The Autumn Equinox marks a moment of balance of equal parts light and dark, before the earth begins its gradual journey inward. It is a Season that invites us to pause, reflect on what we’ve been carrying, and gently create space for what matters most. Rather than rushing into another busy season, this retreat offers an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourSelf, and move forward with greater intention.
Join me for an intimate evening in the greenhouse as we honour this Seasonal transition with mindful movement, breathwork, Nature-inspired rituals, and quiet moments of reflection. We will finish the evening with a Sunset Tea Ceremony followed by a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra & Sound Bowl session, allowing time to integrate the practices…
